Refund Policy

We are not obliged to give refunds if you simply change your mind about a product. If the product or service is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act (non GST business customers).

Any goods returned must be returned with all manuals and software. We will not accept goods back that are defaced or in a condition that can’t either be resold or returned to our supplier.
