Janko does not share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- If Janko Trading Limited is acquired by or merged with another company; information held will be passed onto the new organization. In this event, Janko Trading Limited will notify you before information about you is transferred, and may become subject to a different privacy policy.
- Any financial information collected for loan purposes, is transmitted directly to the finance company involved. After a loan is approved/disapproved, the information originally gathered is either shredded or given back to the client. No information whatsoever is kept on record.
- We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Janko Trading's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
- Information collected is used for the purpose it is intended for. Janko Trading Limited does not pass on any information collected to third parties for the purpose of advertising.
Security
Information gathered is limited to employees who we believe, reasonably need to come into contact with that information, in order to perform the required service for that client.
Computer systems stored on Janko Trading's premises overnight, are protected by an electronic monitored alarm system, and internal video surveillance.
