We are happy to diagnose you computer and advise what is required to fix it. There is a minimum charge of $45.00 for this service, as it takes technician time to investigate the issue. If the repair cost is not economical, then $45.00 is the total cost, unless we have incurred freight or other costs.

There are occasions when we will ask for the evaluation fee up front. If you go ahead with the repair, the evaluation fee will come off the total amount to pay.
