Frequently Asked QuestionsI have lost my original program CD ? what do I do now? We need to have the CD to load onto your new system or service job. If you have the program licence but not the CD, then all is not lost, as we only need to get hold of the physical CD. If you have lost both, that’s a different story. We do normally keep copies of your software licences when we supply a new system, but if this can’t be found, you may need to purchase new software. |
