How to use remote support

• Ring Janko on 0508 486 586 and speak with our service department
• Let them know you require support. Charges may apply
• When asked to run the Team Viewer file, click "Run" 
• You will eventually get a 9 digit "ID" and a 4 digit "Password" 
• Advise the Janko Tech of these two numbers
• We can now connect to your system to see what your issue is.
