Uninstalling programs from your system

Windows XP

Go to the Control Panel and select "add / remove". A list of installed software will eventually come up. Select the software to be removed and then select uninstall.

Windows Vista

Go to control panel and select "programs and features". Select the software to ne removed, and click on uninstall. Sometimes the system will ask to restart after removing the program, this should always be done.
