Unable to connect to the Internet (Broadband)

Common Issues

Sometimes when you go to connect to the Internet, you may get a  "page not found" error. This issue can be caused by your Modem / Router loosing the signal from the exchange momentarily. Try turning your Modem off for 5 seconds and then back on (resetting). Wait for about 30 seconds for the Modem to sync in with the exchange, and try your Internet again. If you have a separate network hub, reset this as well at the same time.

Other phones on the line can cause issues, so remove the cable connecting each phone to the line, and try your Internet again.

If you still have a problem connecting, please call your Internet provider, as there could be issues on your line or at the exchange. If everything checks out with your provider & you still have problems, please give us a call.
